Description:
Contra Costa Electric was brought in by Dinwiddie Construction to perform the complete electrical construction package for this building belonging to the State of California. This new structure provides space for the consolidation of over 40 public agencies.

It rises impressively 23 stories into the Oakland skyline, containing 760,000-square-feet of high profile, state of the art office space, conference and lecture facilities, along with a two-story underground parking garage.
